Embroidery is classic. It’s perfect for hats and jackets, and there are some cool features with embroidery such as a “puff” which gives a raised feel to the thread. You can also use embroidery for special placements and garment embellishments. Overall, oddly shaped items, or materials that do not lay flat are perfect for embroidery.
Embroidery is the process of needle and thread. Our embroidery team will hoop your selected garment to be stitched many times over to create your design, logo, or pattern. This is a high touch service that can be used on a variety of substrates that would otherwise be tricky for print.

First, our digitizer will convert your digital file into a stitch file for our embroidery machines. Once that’s complete, our team of exceptional embroiders will hoop and embroider each of your items.
Yay! This is the best part. Your embroidered garments are all complete! We'll either ship them to you or you can stop by to pick them up.
Embroidery has been around for literal ages, and has been consistent throughout. We have the opportunity to embrace this ancient form with modern machinery for modern designs. It is difficult to print on any material that is not a flat surface, so hats, bags, and jackets are generally embroidered. However, there are some images that are simply too detailed to sew. Gradients and color blends are impossible to sew out, so vector and solid body colors are necessary to use this process. It’s best to think through what items and what design you’re looking for and then starting there. Have questions? Ask one of our account managers! They’re here to help make that decision easy.
