We coat mesh screens with a photo-sensitive emulsion, then expose them to UV light using your artwork to create a stencil. This process allows us to burn clean, accurate screens, even for highly detailed or multi-color screen designs. Whether it’s one color or ten, we make sure each screen is aligned for a flawless, consistent print.
