Order Approval Sheet
Thank you for choosing Superior Ink! We value your business and want to make sure we exceed your expectations. To assure accuracy and make this process smooth we ask for a few simple questions and authorization before we begin our order.
1.) Digital proofs are included with each order. Would you also like a press proof photo approval?
We will contact you with a production window for when your job gets set up. We ask that you provide a good contact number for us to text the photo for approval.
Please make sure that you reply within one hour of receiving to avoid production delay and fees for holding your job on press. If you are not in town or do not have access to your phone the assigned approval day, please provide an alternate contact number for someone authorized to approve the job.
2.) Industry standard spoilage or defect rate is 3%. Do you need us to order extra to hit exact order quantity?
If any manufacturer or production defects occur, we will credit your account after order completion. Superior Ink will not reproduce the defect allowance if the replacements do not hit our minimum. Please be aware of this prior to ordering. It is very rare that defects occur, but we want to make sure to notify you of the procedures for rectifying in the off chance that spoilage does occur.
